It is a long form, in depth education program designed to take you beyond surface-level application skills and into deep technical mastery of multiple extension methods, hair quality literacy, testing, consultation systems, and how we mix methods in salon.

Education beyond installation
BLEND Academy goes beyond “how to install hair.” You will learn hair quality literacy, how to test each batch, and how to choose the right hair for each client. You will master your consults and colour matching giving you the tools to make hair extensions the most profitable salon service.
