Our Premium and Standard Remy ranges are sourced from Asia, primarily China, where our manufacturing partners use gentle processing to maintain softness and quality.
Our Russian Range comes directly from Russia and the Ukraine, collected in smaller batches to preserve the hair’s natural texture and longevity.
While the global hair industry is complex, we prioritise working with trusted partners known for their consistency, traceability, and premium standards.
Yes, you can colour or tone your hair extensions using sulphate-
and paraben-free toning shampoos, conditioners, or semi-permanent colour with a developer no higher than 1.5%.
However, we strongly advise against attempting to lighten your extensions with bleach or permanent colour, as this can cause irreversible damage.
Semi-permanent colour coats and enhances the hair, while bleach and permanent dyes penetrate the cuticle, altering or stripping the hair's structure, which can compromise its quality.
Colour with care. Hair extensions tend to absorb colour more quickly and deeply than natural hair. We recommend limiting any colour changes to no more than two levels from the original shade.

- BLEND Standard Remy Hair Extensions have a lifespan of 6+ months.
- Blend Premium Remy Hair Extensions have a lifespan of 12+months
- BLEND Premium Russian Hair has a lifespan of 18-22months+

- 24" Standard Remy Hair available in- Genius Weft and Classic Tape.

The number of packs you’ll need depends on the thickness and length of your hair, as well as your desired look. BLEND packages hair in 50-gram packs, which we classify as a half-head. Below is our guide on the recommended amount for each method.

1 Pack (50g/50 pieces): Ideal for very fine hair or adding thickness
2 Packs (100g/100 pieces): Perfect for a full head application on medium-density hair
3 Packs (150g/150 pieces): Best for thick hair or blunt cuts
4 Packs (200g/200 pieces): Recommended for very thick hair for maximum volume
TAPES
1 Pack (50g/20 pieces): Ideal for fine hair, to fill in gaps or add volume only
2 Packs (100g/40 pieces): Recommended for a full head application on medium-density hair
3 Packs (150g/60 pieces): Best for thick hair or blunt haircuts
4 Packs (200g/80 pieces): Perfect for very thick hair and achieving maximum volume
WEFTS

The lifespan of BLEND hair extensions is directly tied to how well you care for them. By following our maintenance guide, you can enjoy your BLEND Standard Remy Hair for 6+ months, Premium Remy Hair for 12-15months and BLEND Premium Russian Hair for 18-22+months.

- BLEND Masterclasses — 3-day in-salon intensives focusing on one chosen method (Invisible Weft, I-Tip, Microbeaded Weft, or Tape).
- The BLEND Certified Expert Program — a 3-month advanced course covering all four methods with live models, maintenance, and business training.
- Online Express Courses — learn at your own pace with our digital training in Microbeaded Weft, Tape, and I-Tip application.

Orders
Yes, if you have a BLEND wholesale account, you’ll receive a contact phone number upon application. This will enable you to place orders directly by phone.
You may be able to cancel or modify your order by contacting customer service before it has been packed. If your order has already been shipped, you can arrange a return once it has been delivered.
Items are restocked weekly. Be sure to check our website for the latest stock updates.
If you're a wholesale customer you can contact our team to inform you when we expect new product to arrive.
If you place your order before 12PM AEST, it will be shipped by express delivery via AusPost, and you can expect to receive it within 1–2+ business days.
Returns & Exchanges
If your order isn’t quite right, we accept returns on unused, unopened hair extensions within 7 days of delivery.
The hair must remain in its original packaging with the hygiene seal intact.
To start the process:
- Email info@blendhairextensions.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, return your item within 7 days.
- Refunds (excluding shipping costs) are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted on unused, unopened hair extensions within 7 days of delivery.
Packaging
All hair must be in its original packaging with the hygiene seal intact.
Once this seal is broken, the hair cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
Condition
Returned items must be in original condition — unworn, unaltered, and free from odours, products, or damage.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used hair extensions (where the hygiene seal has been broken)
- Hair that has been coloured, toned, cut, washed, or altered in any way
- Sale or clearance items
- Education courses, training kits, and digital resources.
Product Lifespan Guarantee
Our hair extensions are designed to meet their full expected lifespan when cared for correctly:
- Standard Remy: 6–9 months
- Premium Remy: 12+ months
- Russian Range: 18–22+ months
If you believe your extensions have not met their expected lifespan — and you have followed the BLEND Maintenance Guide — please contact us with your order details and supporting information.
Each case will be carefully assessed, and if the issue is linked to product quality, we’ll arrange a replacement or store credit.
How to Return an Item

- Provide your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- Once approved, items must be returned within 7 days.
- Refunds (excluding shipping costs) are processed within 5–7 business days once your return has been received and inspected.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
